At BroCode, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in our products, and we also respect your choice. If you feel our product is not working for you, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.

Trial-Based Return Policy

We understand that grooming products work differently for everyone. That’s why we allow you to try the product before deciding.

  • If you feel the product is not worth it for you, you may request a return or refund
  • The bottle must contain at least 70% of the oil remaining (up to 30% usage allowed)
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Leaked
  • Defective
  • Wrong item

BroCode takes full responsibility.

In such cases:

  • You can choose refund, replacement, or exchange
  • We will act according to your preference
  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • The refund amount will be sent through the original payment method or an agreed alternative

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used more than 30%
  • The return request is made after the allowed time period
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage
